Reliance Care Services Limited is a privately owned company providing Domiciliary Care to individuals still living in their own homes, who require care and support or any activity which allows them to maintain a good quality of life by promoting their well-being and independence. We have a team of qualified, skilled and well experienced and caring individuals from different backgrounds and ethnicity to provide high-quality person-centred service to individuals using our service.

Description and Objectives of the Company

The Company commits to:

Working with each service users, social workers, relative’s carers (as appropriate) and all others associated with the service user’s care and support towards identifying, implementing and reviewing an individual support towards identifying, implementing and reviewing an individual support plan which adequately reflects the needs of service user at any one time.
Promoting independent living as much as possible independent living, working with the service user’s range of abilities and competencies;
Delivering care and support, in the service user’s home in a way is non- discriminatory, sensitive to the cultural needs of the client and respectful of their environment and traditions;
Providing a high quality flexible, responsive and non – intrusive service that is individualised to the needs of the individual;
Ensuring that confidential information is protected always and only shared with other strictly in accordance with its policy on confidentiality;
Working in partnership with other agencies involved in care and support to ensure a seamless and cost- effective service;
To help service user to live in their own home until medical intervention occur.
